2. What data we collect

When you sign up for the early-access list we store:

• Your email address
• Timestamp of your consent
• Confirmation status (pending / confirmed / unsubscribed)
• A one-time confirmation token (deleted after confirmation)

We do not collect your name, IP address or any tracking identifiers through this form.

3. Purpose

We use your email address solely to inform you about the MAMBA early-access program, product progress, and the launch. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. We use a double opt-in process: after submitting the form you receive a confirmation email; only after you click the confirmation link is your email added to the active list.

5. Storage period

Your data is stored until you withdraw your consent or request deletion. Unconfirmed entries are kept for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically removed.

6. Recipients & processors

We rely on the following service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Supabase (database hosting, EU region)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Cloudflare (hosting / CDN)

Data may be transferred to providers located outside the EU on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@mambaoutdoor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

8. Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to info@mambaoutdoor.com. We will then remove your email address from the list.
